Book Bonnet Creek now, or hold out for DVC exchange?

I have an ongoing search for a DVC room in RCI for November. I'm looking to actually do mid-November, but had originally started the search for the 1st. I started getting hits yesterday until I amended my dates today. Nothing yet for mid-November. But there is a 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek available. Do I just book that, or hold out for a DVC property, and hope it works out? We have our own car, so transportation isn't a HUGE deal, but it sure would be nice to get something like Wilderness Lodge. Is Bonnet Creek on par with DVC rooms?
