This afternoon I have been playing around with the shots I got at MNSSHP back in October. I'd like some opinions on the pictures and the editing. I have a Canon 300D with the standard lens it comes with and I edit with Paint Shop Pro 8 and Noiseware if I think it helps, can't afford any upgrades at the moment.

I'll Start off with my favourites:

Captain Hook

Captain Jack:

Mr Smee:

Pirates:

A couple that are OK:

Hitchhiking Ghosts:

Goofy's Candy machine:

Dancing Ghosts:

And some that didn't seem to come out as well, due to the distance I think:

All constructive criticism welcome. I have a pretty decent camera and want to learn how to get the best out of it!

I have no experience to give criticism, but I know what I like. I love the one of Mr. Smee, but my favorite is the ghosts! I would love to print that for my MNSSHP album!:thumbsup2

I don't have any constructive criticism for you . I think your pictures turned out very nice! I especially like the one above...has a great creepy feel to it. Very cool.

They look great, I agree on the ghosts :) The lighting looks great - it fits the parade topic too.

Love Hook, and Smee. The ghosts look soooo good too. Taking pics in the dark is so hard, I can't wait to see what comments you get. I can use lots of tips!!!

I have no criticism, because you clearly know way more than I do - all my parade photos were garbage! Can I borrow some of yours? They're great!

I don't know enough to give advice...I like the lighting on the Goofy Candy Float.

I love the ghost ones-so cool! Night time photos are really tough-especially when everything is moving so quickly. Great job! Thanks for sharing. Patty
