yes, they will delivery beer or wine. You need to contact them after you place your order and they will do it as an add on. You can't do it from the site. You can do this via email. You need to tell them exactly what you want. Once they pick it up, they will call you with a new total, I think 2-3 days before your trip. It cannot count towards the free delivery.

They were great. I think we were a pain as we are picky about both and are not familiar with what they stock in the FL stores (but knew the beer would be the bigger challenge) so sent a huge list of options. They were able to find something for both our beer and wine requests and didn't roll their eyes (at least via email) about my ridiculous list of options!

One week from this very moment we'll be on the plane

I did massive cleaning of the down stairs of our house yesterday! Normally the house gets destroyed in the rush to get everything together and get us out the door for a trip. I can't stand coming home to a mess!! Hopefully with doing the big cleaning now and then keeping well on top of it over the next week that won't happen!!

While we're gone our huge picture window in the front of the house is supposed to be fixed. We have a huge pane of glass in the middle and one crank out window on each side. The house is only 5 years old but as everything settled the window is out of square and the crank windows don't work anymore, which is a giant pain in the a#$ during the warmer months. One of them is being replaced and the other is being fixed.

I have to move what the stuff that can be moved out of the way before we go and cover the book case etc.

I just hope that doesn't cause a giant mess!! DH assures me that most of the work will be done from the outside and there should be very little mess inside.

BIL, who is a contractor, is doing it and DH says that his sister would have fit if her DH left our house a mess. We'll see

Now I'm off to run a few errands, including taking the boxes to UPS to ship to SSR!!!!! ​

One week!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL. Cleaning a week ahead of time wouldn't help me, it would need to be 2 days before or all my hard work would be long gone by packing day....

I've been doing the cleaning that I don't do everyday, like scrubbing the tile floors with a scrub brush and murphy's oil soaping the wood. I have to clean every single day or it would like a bomb went off! LOL! Between the kids, DH and a 90 lbs yellow lab it gets nasty really fast! I vac at least once a day, a lot of times I do it twice!

On the groceries, my opinion, ship/pack whatever you can that's dry, then just purchase the rest at SSR if you are only going to do a couple meals. For pancakes you can get that "shake and pour" batter, and could pack it....!

They seem to be fine!! Although Ryan worried me a little last night because he got kinda fussy in his sleep and kept putting his finger in his ear! He seems fine today though! I hate to see them sick!! It's terrible when there's nothing you can do to fix it!

I put a note in his bag the other day and haven't gotten any response at all. I asked Johnny if she said anything to him about us going away. He said that she said she'll miss him when he's gone. Works for me!

I put a few snack things in the boxes I shipped yesterday! The shake and pour is great idea!!! We use that at home sometimes! I may even have one in my pantry! We just need breakfast Sunday and Monday. Maybe a little something for Friday because on breakfast at Chef Mickey's isn't until 10:55, so by the time we get seated and eat it maybe more like lunch.

I also threw a 2 bags of microwave popcorn in the boxes so when we go back to the room on Thursday the kiddos can have a snack and watch a movie or tv with Daddy while I take advantage of the jacuzzi tub

I'm still not sure what I'm going to do! I want to make sure we have what we need. I also don't want anything to go to waste and have to be thrown away because we didn't use it!

Counting on 1 hand now!!!

Today is the big baby shower!! MIL and I will both be glad when it's over! Her and I may sit down with a bottle of wine tonight There's been all sorts of interesting drama from BIL's family about whose coming etc. At one point SIL's MIL actually said she wasn't going to come! Crazy!! Hopefully it goes well!!!

Like I said in one of responses yesterday I'm almost done packing! I have to redo my halloween tee and put it in with my stuff. Then I'll be done with me.

Have to redo the halloween tee, you ask? Yes, Dopey me never tried on the tee before I made it and I HATE the way the shirt fits! It seems to be cut really short! No way I'm wearing that! Luckily I picked up a few tees in Target a few weeks ago so I don't have to run out and get one!

I still have to pack DH's stuff. Yes, I pack for DH it's better off that way. Believe me! But, he does give me what he wants to take and I say yes or no and go from there!!

We've had many incidients over the years where he's forgotten something important. Dress pants when we went to his best friends wedding and he had to go to the rehersal in jeans. His dress shoes when we went to his cousins wedding and we had to go find a shoe store etc. WDW and he thinks its ok to wear a yucky faded 10 year old tee shirt because it has special meaning. etc, etc

I'm way better off knowing what's in the suitcase and making sure he has everything he needs!

He's been super busy with work and a bit stressed! He worked 68 hours last week! I'm trying not to bug him about the stuff, I still have time and I don't want to make him anymore stressed!
