We boarded the Monorail and made it to the TTC and were told over the intercom that we needed to get off the monorail because it was experiencing technical difficulties. Okey Dokey!
We got off and wondered what to do next and figured we’d head to the boarding area to wait for the next monorail. It very quickly became apparent that the driver of the monorail didn’t want any guests anywhere near the train.
OK! YIKES!!
We walked down the ramp and into the plaza of TTC. We discussed our options including take the back to MK and then the boat to GF. But we figured that would take way too long! We discussed waiting for the next monorail but I was a little concerned that we’d be there forever if they had to call for the monorail tow!
We really didn’t have any good options at that point and felt kinda stuck with our ADR nearing.
But the monorail started moving! So we rejoined the long line of people waiting for the next monorail.
Thankfully there was enough room on the next monorail for all the passengers who were waiting and we were on our way to GF once again!
We arrived at GF just in time for our ADR! Yipppeee!!
We had a very lovely picture taken!!

We were escorted right from our pic to our table!
The place was empty!! I guess 4:55 is the start of dinner?!
Our very lovely waiter soon arrived to take our drink orders and then it was off to the buffet! I really like the fact that the buffet at 1900 Park Fare was a little different from normal Disney buffet food! It was very tasty too!
As the restaurant filled for dinner the characters were announced 1 by 1 and began to circulate the room greeting guests but not actually visiting yet.
It was nice to start the meal and not have to keep stopping!
When the place filled about ½ way the characters began to visit the tables!
Cinderella visited us first! She had an exclusive audience with DD! I believe the boys were both a little smitten with her and where too shy to have the pictures taken!

Next to visit was Prince Charming! Talk about smitten!! Me thinks DD is actually blushing in this picture.

The boys both enjoyed Prince Charming because he was indeed charming!
Next was Lady Termaine! I think all the kids were a little unsure of her at first.

DS7 decided not to take her seriously and laughed at all her comments. Ryan really wanted nothing to do with her, can’t blame him! She was very good not to approach him in way because I suppose she sensed his worries.

After Lady Termaine left our waiter arrived back our table with a cupcake and special placemat for Johnny’s b-day! Which I believe DH and I shared because Johnny didn’t want it!

Soon after Anastasia arrived! Anastasia was a big fan of Johnny and tried her hardest to flirt with him and make him fall for her. But he explained that his heart belong to only one sweet little girl and how he plans to marry her when he is old enough. Anastasia was very sad but told Johnny if he changed his mind about his love she would be here waiting!

Soon enough Drezella arrived she was very nice to us but commented a few time about Cinderella in a manner that was not very nice! Geeze!!

Soon after our meal was over and we decided to head out!
I decided on our way out that Ryan needed a change so we headed for the bathroom. The changing situation was not wonderful! That changing station was literally right behind the door! It didn’t make it easy for people coming in and out of the bathroom and it didn’t make it easy for me to change Ryan!!
We headed for elevator when I saw something, well someone, that I had heard about on Dis, a Disney legend in her own right! The teddy bear lady was sitting in a chair not far from the elevator.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with her I’ll give you what I remember of her story!
She is an older lady, a widow, who comes to GF everyday to sit and enjoy the ambience. She has suitcase full of teddy bears. She doesn’t drive and has a friend who takes her back and forth ever day. She just sits with her suitcase full of teddy bears and enjoy the surroundings and people watches.
I must say she was eerily beautiful! Eerily because she was very pale and was dressed in very pale colored old fashioned clothes. She almost seemed ghost like.
I thought of going to say hi because from what I read she won’t approach people to talk but is more than happy to chat with people who approach her. But the kiddos didn’t like that idea, after all we’ve taught them not to talk to strangers. So we headed off to take the monorail back to MK!
We soon arrived at MK around dusk and ventured in! We stopped for a photopass pic along the way and then headed to toward some rides!!

and a photopass pic

Guess what ride we went to?
Buzz of course! Ryan was sleeping so I decided to sit that one out! DD and DS rode together with DH in the car behind them!
While the kiddos and DH were gone sleeping Ryan and I took a little trip to Merchant of Venus in search of a Jack Skellington hat that DS7 and seem earlier and really, really wanted!
We were successful with our hat hunting and while we were there I took a pics of these adorable pumpkins!

Then it was off to the meeting spot we had set to meet up with DH and the big kiddos! Ryan and I arrived first and sat for a few minutes, I actually believe I texted to my Facebook and sent a picture as well while I waited.
The rest of the family soon arrived back from battling Zurg. No phenomenal scores to report this time but Johnny was very happy that I had purchased the hat!!!

Then it was off to the Tea Cups! Oh joy! My favorite ride! DH sat it out with the still sleeping Ryan!

Then we were off to visit with Pooh again! Which Ryan, of course, loved again!
continued when I get the rest of the pics up!
