Yeah, I did. But it’s not clear whether you’re actually there or just making assumptions based on second hand reports. Hence the question. So you didn't ready my original post?
True, but man there appears to be so little theming to justify that price tag.
I'm sure there is some. But NOTHING like with MNSSHP. And I know they are 2 diff events but for the price, this one is almost DOUBLE of MNSSHP, there is SO MUCH LESS in terms of theming that I've seen so far.
Then I can't help you.But it’s not clear whether you’re actually there

Seems like both groups have reason to be disappointed in this boo bash. Those looking for more of a Halloween party aren’t happy with the limited atmosphere, no parade or fireworks. And those of us who want a traditional After Hours event aren’t happy with the crowds.
On the other hand it seems so low energy cause so few people and it's expensive
I put this in the main thread:
I mean I understand it’s exactly what they advertised but without the stage shows, fireworks, character meets, and full parade it’s not even diet not so scary Halloween party it’s so watered down.
Sad. The cavalcade did give me Halloween vibes. I promise I’ll never take MNSSHP for granted-when we get through this.
In Hindsight we as a community shouldn’t have went bat crazy over these tickets from paying double for less…you set the standard now. I left I had some of the best memories at the Halloween and Christmas party I’m sad this is so watered down.
I think those of us watching a livestream may be getting a low energy vibe. We're mostly seeing people wait around for the cavalcades. We're not seeing people excitedly running from ride to ride.I just don’t understand the low energy comments. When we have gone to AHs, we are so excited because we feel like we have a private park. I mean, I have practically been jumping up & down. Walking up to a ride & walking right on, , having whole paths to ourselves is pretty darn fun. And knowing we only have 3 hours has pumped us up to move along & get as much done as we can. So we get pretty energized.
Umm ok. I’m interested in hearing reports from anyone who’s there, positive or negative. Not sure why you’re getting so defensive. Then I can't help you.
Like the 2nd hand reports of the people who are saying they are loving what they are seeing? You mean those kinds of reports, right?
Not there, been checking it out online. It seems pretty low key, whether it's due to low crowds due to being an AH event/price tag or because it's hard to get "pumped" for a Halloween-ish even in August, I'm not sure.
I think what "gets" me most is that we probably will never see MNSSHP or MVMCP events again. Disney has figured a way to provide something with a slight theme of past events for a much higher cost for a shorter time period and with less pizazz (which means lower cost for Disney). As with everything else Disney, I think that they've found a way to appease the masses while turning a larger profit, so why go back? Bye bye, MNSSHP/MVMCP.

people are taking advantage of the low wait times for the rides which makes sense. This would be a good event for those who want to ride with a bit of Halloween atmosphere thrown in.
