Quick question. Trying to help a friend who is a WDW newbie. They will be staying at Bonnet Creek Resort soon. Is Bonnet Creek considered onsite for the purposes of EMH and 60 day FP+ window?

Bonnet Creek isn't actually on Disney property; it's on a piece of land that's not owned by Disney. So none of the onsite perks are available to its guests.

This is correct. They are adjacent but not on property, no perks now and probably never will be.
