Bonnet Creek Confirmation with VS

This isn't the first time I've stayed at WBC, but I can't remember this tidbit of info at all! Our condo is booked and paid for with Vacation Strategy, which is who we used last time. We are set to arrive on Nov.15th. I called the property to see if our reservation was showing in the system and it wasn't. Contacted VS and they said they do not confirm the names with the property until about 2 to 3 days out from our arrival. Anyone else experience that?

Makes me nervous....

We used VS this past May. I called Bonnet Creek about two weeks out and my reservation was not on file either. I called back about a week out and they had us down for a seven night stay (we were staying ten nights). I finally called VS and was told that reservations are usually for seven nights, so my reservation was going to be listed as two separate reservations, but we would not have to change rooms. I called BC a few days later and sure enough they had us down for the full ten nights with two reservations (one for seven nights and one for three nights). Everything was fine when we checked in.

Okay, that makes me feel a bit better. We too are staying for 10 nights. Last time we were there for 9 nights and I do remember that it was split into 2 reservations, but we got to stay in the same room.

I booked through VS. I just received a confirmation letter from BC for my stay next week. I actually received 2 letters, one for the first 2 nights and one for the next two nights.

So, I'm just going to take those confirmation letters with me.

I also have another stay a couple of days later but I haven't received a letter for that one yet.

(I have to check out for 1 night because they didn't have anything available for the 20th - no big deal). We're going to stay at a Universal hotel for that one night so we'll get the expresses passes, so it all works out.

At Bonnet Creek now and booked through Vacation Strategy. I never received a confirmation letter but checked in with no problems. The only thing was the resort could only find us booked until the 17th and it was supposed to be the 19th. Called VS and they were awesome they took care of it right away. This was no fault of VS. They booked our reservation from three owners and when the resort tried to combine the reservation they dropped the last owner's points for the last two days. It was taken care of very quickly by VS with a phone call. I highly recommend VS. Their customer service is second to none.
