Bonnet Creek Bld. #4 - can Lakeview see fireworks from a common area ???

On one post I heard that someone whose room did not have a fireworks view said they went to the top floor, and were able to see the fireworks from a window at the elevator.

Is that the case in building 4? How good of a view do you get of Illuminations from there? Is it an area that 4 kids could hang out for the 15 minute show?

Every floor has window where you can look out by the elevator area. On window looks toward the lake, the other toward the parking lot and Epcot. I have often seen people gazing out the windows at both views.
