bone scan results - how long to get back?

Having my 1st bone scan done Wed morn. When should I expect results? Will they know anything tomorrow?

Are they ruling out mets? The nuc med tech can look at the films and see if there are any "hot spots". Your doctor should be able to call for a report within 2 days of it being done. Good luck.

Good luck. Results usually take from a few days to a week.

Usually two to three days for your Dr. to get the report and then they call you. If you don't hear within a week I'd give them a call. Sending PD your way that all is fine.
