WAAAA!! I LOVE Bonanza, but I didn't even look at the TV guide over the weekend so I missed it all!! I wouldn't have had time to watch any, but I would have taped it. Dang!!!

Does anybody happen to know if they're planning on doing it again?

I love Bonanza. I was able to watch some of the episodes it was really fun. I sorta miss all the old shows - especially the westerns! They bring back really good memories.

I used to love Bonanza!! Funniest episode I ever saw was in San Juan , Puerto Rico - Hoss was speaking spanish in a high pitched voice. It was a riot!!


Short version of long joke:

A redhead, a brunette and a blonde were asked the same question. The question was "how many D's are in Bonanza?"
The redhead asked if this was a trick question and when she was assured it was not - she replied "none".
The brunette had the same answer.

When the blonde was asked, she got very quiet and was deep in concentration. After several minutes she answered "There are 41 D's".
Nobody could understand how she came up with that answer. Simple she said and started singing the theme song:

My grandparents had an old 8-track with the song on it. I cannot for the life of me think who sang it though. I want to say Johnny Cash, but I don't think that is right.

There is another version of the song, but apparently it is not the true theme song. Wish I could remember how it went.

I loved that show as a kid, My grandma was so upset when Dan Blocker passed away.
