Bon Voyage modifications?

So excited! Just booked Bon Voyage breakfast! Looking through the menu, I'm wondering if they allow substitutions or modifications on any of their plates! For example, the royal breakfast comes with steak, potatoes, and an egg torte. Could I ask for regular scrambled eggs instead of the torte? Do they do that? Wasn't sure with the fixed menu... thanks!

I’d say probably. Everything is made fresh. My wife got the calzone without cheese.

Thank you Jetku! I just saw a video on YouTube where a lady said they will make a side of anything you want. She got a side of scrambled eggs with her pancake tower! Now I'm super excited!

There is an egg dish with sauce (tomato / marinara). I was able to get it without the sauce. They somehow brought me pancakes, not sure how that happened, but they brought me the right dish - without sauce - very quickly.
