Can't decide which dinner to try, they both sound good (when I say Poly, I don't mean the whole show, just the dinner thing). I also need to keep in mind that my gf is a vegetarian. So what should I do?

Well, my choice would be OHana! Although part of what my DH loved there was the meats on a stick. Your gf might prefer Boma, although it's my least fav. restaurant.

Speaking as a vegetarian: If you take her to Ohana she will not be happy. She'll probably have to make do with iceberg lettuce and mashed potatoes. If you take her to Boma she'll be thrilled with the dozens of exciting and delicious vegetarian options. An there's plenty at Boma for meat eaters too.

They have a tofu and noodle dish at 'Ohana they serve to vegetarians. But still, I totally agree about Boma. That's where I'd much rather go. The vegetarian dish at Kona Cafe sounds bland.

Tofu at Ohana or Kona? We used to get tofu at Kona but they took it off the menu recently. Now their vegetarian noodle dish is tofu-less and has a sickly sweet sauce on it, and the rice bowl with tofu is gone completely. The Kona Salad is also changed, and not for the better, they took out all the cheese and nuts and cut the amount of dressing down to two drops. We actually cancelled a dinner reservation at Kona after we had tasted the "new" dishes. And it used to be a favorite place to eat *sigh*.

Tofu at Ohana or Kona?

I said 'Ohana in my post. Of course, that can change at any time. Previous vegetarian 'Ohana customers who requested a meal got a tofu noodle dish. I mentioned it to note that vegetarians aren't limited to the 'Ohana menu.
