I was wondering what the best time to go to Boma's Buffet at AKL was?

I was leaning towards breakfast.

Thanks!

If you can wait until June 3rd, I can tell you! :rotfl2:

We are staying at AKL at the end of May and we have PS for both dinner and breakfast. Most of the reviews I've read indicate that you can't really go wrong with either choice! :flower:

I've heard the same thing, too. We're going in July and I had a hard time picking too, but I decided we'll do the dinner this year and maybe the breakfast too or we'll try that next year.

In that case, were going with Breakfast so we can be right at AK for opening.

Thanks Alot

Check out dinner PS times for the Boma after storytelling at Arusha Rock (storytelling was at 6:30pm on our last visit), breakfast PS (8am-8:30am) are better early since the crowds are big.

We have been there for dinner but not breakfast yet. When we go in April we are going for dinner and breakfast since we have heard so many good things about it.
I will say that we thought the dinner was excellent.
We always try for a first seating at buffets. Food is fresher and you don't have to wait as long.

We went for breakfast last year..the food was awesome...BUT there is soooo much food..u really have to be a big eater to get your $'s worth. The food was great - it was typical breakfast eggs, pancakes, muffins (everything u could imagine) they had 1 or 2 african dishes.

I heard dinner is great..if u r into trying a few new things..there are some african dishes (which I hear are delicious) so if u are picky maybe not a good choice!

P.S. - they have some kinda juice concoction @ breakfast it taste like an orang pineapple blend..try it is is yummy...also make sure to make PS"s it can get busy :wave2:

Had both breakfast and dinner in the beginning of January at Boma.

By far, dinner was the better choice. Really enjoyed breakfast also, however dinner was really wonderful. If you have to choose only one I would have to vote for dinner. The reply about timing with the storytelling is a great idea. We did this by luck and the kids really enjoyed it.

When I go back in August with my entire family we are going back for dinner. I have talked about it so much my Parents cannot wait to go.

We're going in January '06 and I think we'll be doing dinner. I'm looking forward to it! What is the storytelling at Arusha Rock? Is it more of a kid thing or would DH and I enjoy it? (We don't have kids.)
