Haven't been, but thinking about going in late Aug. Whats it like? Whats the food like? What are the seasoning and spices like? Did you like it etc etc? You know the basic kind of questions.

Boma is, hands down, my favourite place to eat. Even if you're not super adventurous food-wise, there is lots to choose from. The soups are to DIE for and the prime rib is very good too. I would DEFINATELY try it! :)

We're planning on eating there 4 or 5 times when we go next month...it's one of the reasons I love staying at AKL. Have fun whatever you decide! :jumping1: :jumping1: :jumping1:

We loved it!! Nothing too exotic, and lots to choose from. Everything was delicious. Even my finicky youngest ds thought it was the best meal of our trip. It came highly recommended and they didn't exaggerate. It's at the top of my list when we go next April. Give yourself lots of time to truly enjoy the experience.

Dinner at Boma sounds yummy-what about breakfast? Details! Details!

Don't worry about it. Just go. Boma is the best. I went there for the first time last year and we had an excellent dinner.

Everything was so delicious. There is nothing there that is so overpowering or different that you wouldn't want to try it.

I have the Dis boards to thank for Boma. If it wasn't for these boards, I wouldn't have known the place existed.

Go and have a great time. Enjoy the flavors of Africa. :sunny:

Boma is my absolute favorite in all of WDW. We usually stay at AKL, and we eat there a lot. Dinner is very good. It's not really what you expect though. While they use a lot of spices...a lot of the food tends to be a bit sweet. The meats and soups are absolutely delicious and they have pan fried potatoes that are very good also. And the zebra domes are world famous. It's the only place at WDW to get them. Personally though...breakfast is my favorite. I've never had anything bad there. They have a very wide variety of fruits, cereals, (hot and cold) muffins and croissants, as well as the usual breakfast buffet fare. Also, eggs and omletts to order. And they have their own juice that's absolutely delicious. Definitely don't skip it! You won't regret it. :flower:

Dis boards sold me on Boma as well. Then I had to convince DH who is Mr. meat and potato with a "healthy" appetite. Boma is now his 2nd favorite WDW restaurant. Give it a try. princess: pirate: :earboy2:
