Well, we loved breakfast and dinner. IMHO the Boma breakfast buffet is the best buffet on Disney property. Everything is fresh, replenished often and the variety is plentiful.
Dinner is a matter of personal taste. I am somewhat a picky eater. I went to Boma Dinner Buffet with an open mind and I was not disappointed. I tried many things I had never even thought of trying before and I have to say I liked almost everything I tried (except couscous). Many dishes on the buffet were too sweet for my husband. He loves soups of all kinds, he said each one of the soups was too sweet for him. When they say spicy they mean cinnamon, nutmeg and other sweet spices, not hot and spicy. I did try the African sausage and lentil stew which was very good. The meats were very good (the ribs especially). I think they had two potato dishes, one was sweet potatoes which I did not eat, the other was potatoes with Affritude which were somewhat blah. Many salads, but none with traditional dressings, the dressings were all sweet and fruity. For the life of me I can't remember the vegetables but they must have had them, they must not have made an impression. Now DGS who is 9 years old and the most picky eater ever said the buffet was wonderful. He loved the kids choices. I think they had chicken nuggets, french fries, mac and cheese, you get the idea.
The dessets were very plentiful and good. Of course Zebra Domes never disappoint.
If you like to be adventurous try Boma for dinner. If you are more a meat and potatoes kind of person I would say stick with breakfast.
