Trying to pick a great place for Christmas day. Is the buffet at boma too crowded?

Hi,

EVERYTHING is crowded on Christmas Day. Just book it the first day you can, no matter which restaurant you choose.

What Bob said...

We like to spend Christmas Day at Epcot and make dinner reservations welll ahead of time. We choose Epcot because it's more open and handles crowds better. We know it's going to be crowded so we just hang out (like we usually do) and watch the tourists scurry around. Consider a restaurant that offers the Candlelight Processional package and you get priority seating (right up front).

We ate at Boma on Christmas morning a few years back. I found the crowds overwhelming and couldn't bear the thought of waiting 20 minutes for an omelette.
Personally I would choose a sit down restaurant because the crowds don't bother me as much when everyone is sitting at their own table as opposed to wandering around from buffet station to table etc.

We ate at Boma for dinner this past Christmas day and loved it! It was certainly full, but we were seated right at our ADR time (party of 8) and the people walking around the buffet didn't bother us a bit. It was really fun going out to see the animals in the dark after dinner and sitting around the fires (inside and outside).
