Can you see animals from inside the restaurant?

No. But there are lots of public viewing areas that are just a short walk from the restaurant.

No but the view is still pretty, one day we sat near a little waterfall and the other day we sat by lush greenery

Nope. The restaurant is tucked in behind the pool area of the hotel, with a walkway & green space to block any view of the pool from the restaurant. So no animals from the restaurant, but plenty of savannahs to walk out upon to view them before/after your meal...

there are some lovely viewing areas outside, by the pool and straight back through the lobby. No view from the restaurant.
