We went in May of 2004 for dinner. We consider ourselves adventurous eaters. We like a lot of ethnic foods and will try anything once. We liked the atmosphere of Boma, a little noisy but most buffets are. I tried all of the soups, and although they get rave reviews, did not particularly care for any of them. I tried a little bit of everything and thought most of it was just ok and a few dishes I didn't care for at all (the peanut rice tasted like peanut butter mixed with rice to me). After trying a little bit of everything I pretty much ate chicken nuggets and mac & cheese from the kids buffet as there was nothing I really wanted to eat in large quantities on the regular buffet. Even the zebra domes were nothing I'd write home about. We weren't impressed (5 adults) with it and are giving Jiko a try on our next trip hoping the food is better there. Most people on the Dis love Boma but we, unfortunately, did not. We love most restaurants we have eaten at WDW but not this one.
