Boma or 1900 Park Fare?

We are going in 2 weeks and I can't decide between Boma or 1900 Park Fare for dinner one night. It will be myself, husband and 7yo son. I really would like to try both, but it just isn't going to happen this time. All opinions welcome! Thanks!

Never been to PF but love Boma! We don’t have kids but whenever we go see a lot of families there and they do have a kids buffet if your son does not want to try the exotic food or does try and doesn’t like it.

Boma. The food is much better IMHO and AKL is gorgeous.

Depends on if you want character meal, where you will be for the day, etc. If you will be in MK - then I would say 1900PF if at AK - would go to Boma. Boma has excellent food so you will hear a lot who will recommend it. 1900 PF has the stepsisters who will really ham it up with your son.

If you’re going for the food, definitely Boma! It’s probaky the best buffet on property.

If you want good, no, GREAT food Boma, if you want characters with so-so cafeteria food then the other place...............

Not sure your son would enjoy the characters at PF.

Exactly this. It all depends on what you want. 1900 PF, in my opinion, had great character interaction with the step sisters, but the food wasnt good. I'd go with better food in this case (Boma). Before or after dinner at Boma im not sure if youre still able to see some animals at the resort, but its worth a try.

Boma is our fav breakfast restaurant!! Food is great, they have plenty of safe choices for those non adventurous eaters too.

1900 PF is food you'd find anywhere, however, my kids loved the interaction at that restaurant. The madhatter was fantastic!! I don't remember the step sister's being there so I'm not sure what others are referring to.

So it depends what your looking for.

I would go to Boma. Excellent food. And you can go out back on the savannah and watch the animals. My children have always enjoyed Boma.
