Boma Menu What nights are ribs?

Does anyone have a menu for Boma. I know certain soups and meats are on certain nights. Hope someone can help me.

I had dinner at Boma last Friday and the ribs were on the buffet. I don't have a menu for what dishes are served on what nights, however.

I read somewhere that ribs are on the menu Wednesday and Saturday.

Thanks so much. This is what I was looking for. Looks like the soups win out over the ribs. We will be going on Tuesday or Friday. DD loves her soups and Tues. and Fri. are her favorites.

Boma does not have a set menu for Sundays.

We have ressies for a Thursday night. I don't see any fish on the menu for that night, but Tue./Fri has salmon six different ways.

They don't have the butternut squash soup that night either and that's our favorite. If I'm correct, I think it's that's soup that they serve in the Mara. Do you think they might have it in the back?
