Boma For Breakfast and Question

How good is the breakfast at Boma's??
Question we are staying at the POR, so we have PS for 7:00 Am we will drive to AKL to eat at Boma's, Will we have time to drive back to POR and take the bus to AK before they open at 8:00 or do you think that the AKL would let us park there for about 4 hours while we are at AK and then come back and get the car? It would only be 5 hours and I heard you could get a parking pass for ?? hours can't remember. WHat do you think.. thanks!

Your best bet is to just drive to AK from the AKL. They are VERY close to each other. Just make sure to keep your eye out for the turn off (left turn) to get to AK--it is not marked when coming from the AKL (or if it is, we totally missed it! LOL!) If you have your resort parking pass, you can park at the Ak for free. If your breakfast is at 7 and you want to be at Ak by 8, this is really the only way to do that. You would never have time to drive back to POR and take a bus to Ak for 8 unless you are VERY fast eaters! LOL! Enjoy Boma! It is my favorite breakfast in WDW. HTH!

Our family really enjoyed breakfast at Boma! We stayed at AKL and had a 7:30 ps, and were the only people in the restaurant for awhile. The food was fresh and delicous, and there was a great variety to choose from.

DH and I are going back to WDW next month, and Boma breakfast is a "must do" for us.

I think if you valet park at AKL then you could take the bus to AK and not worry about time limit.

Maybe someone else could confirm this or rebuke it, but I really think you could do it that way.

How close to AK is the praking for AK? How far do you have to walk? and does it get crowded at 8:00 in the morning for EE?? Thanks!!
I can't wait to taste the food at AK!! And check out the Resort all decorated for Christmas!!!!

There was no scrutiny of parking times at AKL as far as I could tell, though we were staying there, so it never came up. They really police parking at the MK resorts because so many people are cheating to get on the monorail, but it shouldn't be a problem at AKL. Just leave your car there after breakfast and ride the bus to the AK. When were there in June there was tons of convenient self-parking and the buses weren't crowded. Hope you like the buffet. I thought it was OK but probably not as great as people make it sound.
