I emailed our conceirge last night to see what the Boma dinner menu is...they emailed me back just now...hope this helps everyone out

Dumela! Nicki,

Boma does not have a printed menu but I can tell you that 6 of the 7
stations have the same items every day with a few daily features added
and then the 7th station has daily features. There is no particular day
I can tell you that the special features will be available but I can
tell you that there is never a day where there is not a great selection
of fantastic food.

Here is a rundown of the stations. This is not their physical order down
the line nor the order they are eaten in. It is a Market Place
arrangement so guests are encouraged to browse around.

Station 1:
White Bean Hummus
Black Olive Hummus
Sun Dried Tomato Hummus
Fresh Lavosh bread
Assorted Fresh fruit

Station 2:
Field Greens wtih Signature Dressings
Pasta Salad
Watermelon Rind Salad
Kool Slaai
Avacodo, Papaya and Grapefruit Salad
Daily feature salads.

Station 3:
Daily Specials

Station 4:
Roasted Prime Rib
Rotisserie Chicken
Baked Salmon of the day
Beef and Lamb Bobotie
Cinnamon Raisin Rice
Assorted African Sauces
Daily Featured Specialties

Station 5:
Fufu (Mashed white and Sweed potatoes)
Pap and Sheeba
Falafel with Yogurt Sauce
Couscous Marrakesh
Daily Feature Specials

Children's Station:
Chicken Nuggets
Chicken wings
French Fries
Macaroni and Cheese
Pasta with Meatballs and Tomato Sauce

Station 6:
Signature Zebra Domes
Chocolate Mouse Crunch
Fresh Fruit Tarts
Freshly baked Cookies
Daily featured items.

I hope this has helped a little,

HA! I bet he does!

I did email him back to ask about the soups....I will post his reply to yall

Ok here is his reply about the soups

Dumela! Nicki,

I called the kitchen and talked to one of our culinary team. He said
that there are 15 soups rotated over 3 days so that means the same soup
would be offered twice a week. However this far out it would be hard to
know when a particular soup would be offered since they change by 1 day
each week. They are all great though.

We are staying AKL CL in just 8 short days and he booked all my ADR's (including changes) and was a wonderful source of info.

Thanks MickeyNicki for sharing the Boma offerings. I convinced my meat and potatoes DH to try it for the first time - "after all we are staying there and it will be so easy to get to." Now I am super excited. I do hope that our night has meat specials and not fish as I am the only fish eater in the family. It does seem like there are many good options and, after all, one CAN live on desert!

I love Don too-he's been so amazingly helpful to us making our ADRs and answering my endless questions! :goodvibes Counting the days until December when we can actually use the ressies and advice!

Heheh, I was going to ask, "What about the SOUPS????" Love 'em.
Every time I go to Boma, I will take a ladle full of many soups, and often come back for more. That's my favorite station. :)

And I'd rather have a chocolate mousse crunch cup rather than a chocolate MOUSE crunch cup.

Yay thanks so much Nicki. Maybe Bob and I won't have to eat there every night for a week now - rats :rotfl2:

For sharing we will be dining there soon and it sounds yummy:goodvibes :goodvibes Danny
