We were in Orlando October 9th and 10th for the NASP World Archery Competition for my son. Now, we didn't go to any of the parks this time as we were only there for the competition. I was sad about being so close and not going to any of them but we are going to plan a long visit next year. I wasn't going to be that close to my favorite restaurant IN THE WORLD and not go. I practically salivate just thinking about Boma dinner! The Hummus alone can almost bring a tear to my eye! My husband wanted to try Boma for breakfast so I made the reservations and anxiously awaited the day!!! Sorry I didn't take any pictures this time but I will next time!
So, here are my thoughts on the food for breakfast:

I had two plates. The first plate I had the Fire Roasted Potatoes. They had ferocious flavor to them. They were smokey and succulant. The hand carved ham was just salty goodness that melted in your mouth! There was also Turkey that rivaled grandma's thanksgiving bird! I had to have the sausage and it didn't disappoint! It is Disney Delish, plump and juicy! I had a tasting of a Biscuit topped sausage casserole. It had scrambled eggs, tomatoes and other stuff in it (I don't know what all) but the mixture of Sausage and other ingredients made this a repeat for the second plate!

Next comes the best thing that Disney makes for breakfast (IMHO) THE EGGS!!! What can be said about Disney eggs? They just know how to do them. If eggs can be decadent....these are!!!!:cloud9:

Having said that, I then tried the eggs with goat cheese and chives. I only tried these because of my son. I just wasn't sure about them. My only question is... WHY DOUBT DISNEY???! The goat cheese made those eggs EXTRAordinary!!!

I also tried the Brioche! It's like french toast but it is made with raisin bread. The raisings were plump and juicy, and the whole thing was so flavorful and scrumptious!

I did get some bacon. To me, bacon is like meat candy! Can't go wrong with bacon!

I didn't have an omlette (who had room after all the above!!) but I did try a bite of my DD and my DS. DD had a cheese one with extra cheese and it was fluffy, ooey, gooey! DS had bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese. Yummy!

The last thing I tried was the Chocolate croissant. It is a chocolate lovers dream! Made with puff pastry, it's light, buttery and crispy! Filled with dark chocolate, this is a divine ending to any meal!!!

I hope you enjoyed my dining review. I do have to add that my DH said that even though he is the one that wanted to go for breakfast, he thinks he likes dinner better. I have to agree. I think we all had a great experience and I would go back in a heartbeat! But I agree with my DH, Dinner is better! Bring on the Hummus!!!

Thanks, you have my mouth watering for our dinner in just 38 days and breakfast in 39 days. We've eaten at Boma for dinner twice before but this will be our first time for Breakfast there.

thanks for the review, My husband and I actually prefer breakfast better maybe we had an off night when we went for dinner.
