I never had a bologna and cheese sandwich until I was in my 20's!!

I love them. Probably a bad thing.

I rarely ever eat bologna but when I used to I would fry up the bologna in a pan, toast the bread, add some land o lakes american and spread on some spicy mustard! YUM!

I don't eat bologna much - it's probably been 10 years since I had a bologna sandwich. But when I do eat it - I'm picky - Boar's Head bologna with Helmann's mayo on rye bread. I might have to pick some up this week.

I had a bologna sandwich on white bread with mayo on Friday. Oh it was so good! I don't usually buy bologna or white bread - my ILs were at my house last week and my MIL bought it for my FIL. When they headed back home she left the extras. I just couldn't let it go to waste.....

I needs to be on super soft Wonder bread. You need to put chips on it, too- preferably Lays (or Vitner's in Chi-town). Mmm...haven't had one in 20 years, at least.

Every now and then I get on a bologna sandwich kick - and want to eat it every day for a week or two straight.. Has to be Oscar Mayer though - lots of mustard - and no cheese..

My favorite sandwich though is liverwurst with mustard on white bread - and a side of cottage cheese and some Lays potato chips..

I had a balogna sandwich for school lunch nearly ever day of my life! Always with mustard. One year, at the beginning of the year mom asked if I'd rather have something else. I though about it and said, "Let's do mayonaise this year."



Tonight for dinner I had the grown up version...a Chicago red hot with mustard and dill pickle!

Eh, meat is meat.

I am not supposed to eat bread (gluten), but occasionally the craving is just too great and I do give in and have a bologna sandwich. I prefer the thick-sliced, on really, really soft white bread, with mayo on one side and mustard on the other. No cheese, just bologna. And since I have it so seldom I relish each bite and eat it very, very slowly.
