BOG Window Numbers?

We had a lovely table right down by the windows in the ballroom last month. My daughter noticed this through the windows and we both wondered what it was. I planned to ask our server and forgot. Any ideas?

That's a photo taken through the windows from our table. Those letters/numbers appear to be projected onto the snowy landscape outside the windows.

I was wondering the same. I've never seen that. Doesn't seem like imagineers designed that.
