BOG walk up

Has anyone gone to wdw lately and tried to get a walk up entry to BOG for either lunch or breakfast? Is it impossible?

We managed to get a breakfast reservation for BOG for the last day of our December trip, but we're going to -try- the walk up approach for lunch our first day in MK, if we manage to get in, we'll cancel the reservation, if not, we'll have that to fall back on.

Just got off the phone with Disney Dining trying to see about reservations. Not sure if it's what they're -supposed- to say or not, but they told me BOG is reservation only.

We were there at the beginning of the month- they were turning all walk-ups away even ones that crossed the bridge and were trying to peek in the castle.

I heard many people turned away a couple of weeks ago while I was waiting to be seated for my ADR.
