I have been able to get 3 reservations for BOG in just the past week for my upcoming trip over Thanksgiving break. My question is which one to keep. I have a 0915 am, an 1115 am, and a 0915 pm. I have read that breakfast and lunch are similar, but dinner is a special treat. What would you do? They are all on different days.

The first thing to do is make sure that your dinner ADR is not on a party night. If it is you need a ticket for the party in order to go to dinner If you have a ticket, you need to decide if you want to give up expensive party time to eat a TS meal. If it is not a party, and you can view the evening shows another time, I woudl keep the ADR for dinner.

I would take the 11:15 an have lunch. I like both breakfast and lunch, but 9:15 is a good time to be touring and not eating, so I would toss that one no matter what. You have to eat lunch sometime, so I would keep it because lunch there is god.

I would definitely get rid of the breakfast, largely because that is a prime time (shorter waits) in the park!

I would never waste any part of the first couple of park hours in a restaurant. Ditch the breakfast.

1) Just make up your mind, quickly.
2) You are hogging ADR's that others probably want.
3) How would you feel having to change your touring/park plans because the ADR's you want are being held by someone who won't use them?
4) Sure, when you dump them, SOMEONE will take them.
5) But, a person who might have already gotten them might have had to change parks because the ADR wasn't available.

Wow, didn't realize I was hogging anything. I got them like everyone else by searching for them. When I reserved them, I had not decided if I wanted to try all three meals at BOG or if there was one that was not worth it. I appreciate those of you who gave me your opinion regarding breakfast.

As far as how I would feel about changing my plans. Well, I've been enough times to know that you have to remain flexible. My plans change often even after I get there to accommodate whatever might happen.

Personally, I would keep the 11:15 a.m. as 9:15 p.m. is too late for me to eat at night. I would be entering my cranky tired phase by that time. :teeth: And the breakfast menu doesn't appeal to me that much.

I would definitely skip the breakfast. First, do you really want to wait until 9:15 to eat breakfast? Second, that is the best time of the day to knock out some of the popular rides without long waits.

I personally wouldn't want to keep the dinner ADR only because of the time...no way can I wait that long to eat dinner, nor do I want to be in a restaurant still at 10pm! It's just way too late for me...we like to eat dinner at WDW anywhere between 4:30pm and 6:30pm with most of our ADRs falling between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Our dinner there was good -- My husband and I each had a cup of the potato leek soup which was wonderful and then split the ratatouille entrée which I thought was good other than the fact that it wasn't really ratatouille at all...it was a pile of quinoa (pressed in a mold) with a few vegetables on top which weren't even enough to layer. Kind of a sweet and tangy flavor which was good, but I do wish we would have ordered a different entrée. One in our party ordered the braised pork and said it was amazing. My husband and I are gluten free so we had limited entrée choices. To me, the star of the meal was the atmosphere -- so I would vote for lunch if you like the menu offerings during that meal service. If you don't mind eating so late at night and are interested in the dinner menu, go for it!

I agree with the OPs. Get rid of the breakfast ADR. Cancel it today, so someone else can use it.

Lunch is quite tasty. We enjoy it. But preorder your meal to avoid the Loooooong lineops.

I would cancel your dinner ADR if it is a party night. Even if you have a party ticket, you are wasting valuable party time, and will also be missing some of the main events. If its not a party night, really consider whether everyone in your party can wait until that late at night for dinner, and miss the parade and Wishes.

I would keep the lunch ADR, because that's a perfect time for a break if you're doing rope drop. While I would normally say keep dinner, I'm not even sure I would do dinner at 9:15 pm, especially if to would cut into fireworks time or whatever.

I would skip breakfast altogether. It's expensive for breakfast, plus that's prime low-wait time first thing in the morning.

Also, pre-order lunch and you will save yourself a good 10 minute or so wait just to order at the kiosk after you get in line after checking in for your ADR.

Okay, I am going to cancel the breakfast. I posted in the November cancellations thread to PM if interested.
