BoG pre-ordering breakfast and lunch

I called the IT department about this, but I'm still not able to pre-order online for BoG breakfast or lunch. Any idea how long I should wait for IT to fix this issue before calling back. It's been two days. It's so much faster at BoG if we pre-order what we want.

Anyone else trying with no luck?

have you tried both the website and the app? sometimes things work on one and not the other.

The app sends me to the website so I can't order thru there either.
I've tried two different accounts, two computers and three different browsers. No luck.
