BOG - Park Hours Changed

So my wonderful 8AM prepark opening has been taken from me as the park now opens at 8. What time can I get into MK for this reservation and is it worth keeping now that it is not prepark opening?

You can get in at rope drop, which will be at 7:50-ish. In other words: you get in with everyone else.

Is it worth it? People have varying opinions. Mine would be NOPE.

We had the same experience. We dropped it and found a BOG lunch instead.

No way I'd miss prime touring time for a breakfast at BoG.

This happened to us with Crystal Palace so we cancelled. We didn't want to waste an hour eating when the park is likely to be less busy. We changed it for a later date and just hoped they didn't do it again (they didn't). It's frustrating though.

I read a few years ago on Disboards that if the opening/closing hours are going to change it is normally finalised by the middle of the month before. So for us, arriving 10th December, we will hopefully have the park hours by the middle of November.

Hasn't really been the case this year. Heck, they don't have fireworks at HS scheduled a full 4 weeks out right now, and then there's AK.

It was not "taken from" you. It is well known here that park hours are changed often and opening is earlier. No one can ever count on a pre park opening ADR.
You will be let in with everyone else.
I would cancel.

Like others mentioned, hours being changed can happen anytime. You'd be missing out on short ride waits that first hour if you keep the ADR now. Personally, I like lunch at BOG better anyway (breakfast portions are TINY). I'd try to change it to lunch.

I have a reservation for all three at different parts of my trip so I will just get rid of the breakfast and go to the lunch and dinner ones.

Bummer! Disney certainly don't make it easy to plan your holiday do they?
