BOG online lunch order

I made a order online for BOG. It said it was submitted but didn't show up on my reservation page on MDE (it still says "place order."). So I did it again and it still says it. I'm worried I'll show up for my reservation with 2 lunches or no lunch at all! I'm paying out of pocket for the meal. Should I not worry? Should I call the restaurant? Has this happened to any of you?

It will remain like that until you arrive so that you can make any changes to your order. If your worried about it being doubled then go in and look on the right hand side to see how many of each item was ordered and if more then the amount you want you can change it.

I placed an order for my trip last February. When I got to BOG for lunch they had my reservation but none of the food choices I selected were saved. It wasn't a big deal. I just reordered my selections that day.

Preordering just means that you don't have to line up at the kiosk when you arrive. It saves some time. They don't actually submit your order until you arrive and check in.

If I do lunch at BOG, I would definitely pre-order. Those that pre-ordered had a lot less waiting to do. It felt like they were VIPs passing us in line.

Sometimes. Last September we preordered and it still took us almost 30mins to get our food while others that had just arrived were receiving their food. But for the most part yes you get it faster.
