BOG no credit card?

So I made a ressie this morning for BOG on the automated system, but it didn't take my credit card number, didn't even ask for it, and I typed down the confirmation number but put it in the wrong place then closed out without saving :scared:

Without a credit card number in the system and me not remembering my confirmation number, are they going to cancel my ressie?? I can't get through to make sure I still have it! :scared::scared::scared:
 
I guess I don't know how you made a ressie, as they are not taking ONLINE ressies until Wedneday. You need to call would be my suggestion to make sure it went through? Sorry!!!

(Sorry, my *******ness didn't read that OP wrote automated system, not online!!!)
 
Oh, the automated system on the phone, I was just typing it on my compy because I had just woken up and was too lazy to get a pen to write :rotfl2:

She didnt do them online. There is a phone automated system you can use
 

I made my with the automated and they did not ask for my cc#. I can't imagine that Disney would open a new restaurant, have people be on the phone for hours, use the automated and then decide to cancel the reservations made by all the people who used the automated system because they didn't use a credit card. It just doens't make sense. I have pulled my reservations up online and they are all showing up.

That's what I'm saying! lol It wouldn't be fair to cancel it on me now after THEY didn't take my credit card number!!

But to be sure, since I saw somewhere someone already got the last dinner ressie on the night I booked for, I guess I'll call on my lunch break to get my confirmation number and leave my cc# with them to make doubly sure. I WANT BOG FOR MY ANNIVERSARY DINNER, DARNIT! :rotfl2:
 
You NEED to call back and confirm your ressie with your CC. They are supposed to be CC reserved ressies. I am not saying they will cancel the ressie on you, but there is a chance that they could. I am on hold right now with a CM who is doing it for me. Disney is aware of the problem.
 
Not all places require a CC#. Only places that have a penalty for no shows.

When I read the news about the res. possibly being cancelled I called back and put my CC number on it just to be sure, but when I called the CM said it was taking a while because they had to make sure my original time was still available. Luckily, it was so I'm still all set for 12/17!!:worship:

Just to be on the safe side, I'd call back and request to add a CC to your reservation!
 
I also used the auto phone system and didn't need a credit card. It only took my name and phone number.

She told me they are working on that, but it is possible that they may kick those out. I'd call back, just to be on safe side
 
On the phone with a CM now.

ANY reservation without a credit card attached WILL BE DELETED tonight at midnight.

The CM is trying to either attach my CC to the reservation or re-book.

Because of the popularity, they are having trouble re-booking for me. I've been on hold for quite some time while they try to fix it.

I advise everyone who didn't give a credit card to call back ASAP.
 
Back on hold with Disney now.... Thats really messed up because they screw up with their automated system that they will just delete reservations.... Id be pissed if I didnt see this and call back.
 
I have a feeling there are going be ALOT of really unhappy people come 12:01AM.

That is absolutely absurd if they kick those ressies out. I'm going to call back over lunch, but I will be PO'ed if they tell me the time and/or date or whatever I wanted is not available, since I already booked it and it was a mistake on their part. Okay, done ranting :rotfl:

The CM I spoke to said they ABSOLUTELY will delete any reservations that don't have a credit card attached if it's for a restaurant that requires one.

They were able to help me, and although the original woman I spoke to wasn't able to re-book for me, due to there being no availability, she transferred me to someone who was able to fix the problem. I received a new confirmation number and all.
