You don't need the email, just start checking around 27 days out from the date you want to have lunch there.

I never got the email, but I was able to make the reservation 27 days from the day that I wanted to go. You just have to make sure to have your reservation number, which is different than your confirmation number (12 digits versus 8 digits).

okay I must not be seeing something, I can find my confirmation number but not the 12 digit reservation number. Any help on where I would find this on mydisney.com?

Don't mean to hijack this thread, but I'm curious what availability is like for this once the 27ish day window opens up? Since I'm having to make FPs BEFORE I can make this reservation, I'm sort of trying to guess when we will be eating. Will I have my pick of pretty much whenever, or will it be slim pickings?

I made our reservation at 6:30 am exactly 27 days out without receiving the email first without any problems. I did eventually receive the email about a week later.

Availability when I made ours was great! It gave me two or three different times when I initially signed on, but I refreshed the page a few times to get the return time that we wanted. It didn't seem limited at all. This was approximately 30 minutes after the times opened up 27 days out.

Same here. Last year I had to enter my reservation number after logging in with my email and password. We arrive November 4th and when I click on the link it asks for my email and password but NOT my reservation number, and the available booking window is only through October 13th. I wonder if they have recently changed it from 27 days to 7 days?

Just as an FYI, the BOG lunch Fast Pass does not count against your FP allotment for attractions. It also will not show up in the MDE app or website so don't be alarmed when you don't see it.

Its on your DME tags and also in the URL bar of your internet browser when you're on the online check-in page.

Thanks for the info. When I was on property last time, I didn't get a notice & thought I wasn't chosen to participate. I did use use it on a prior trip when I got an e-mail, and the FP is about the only way I would go to BOG to eat.

Hi guys
I'm just back for a fab time in the Worldand managed in Advance to get my BOG fast pass booked okay from that special link 27 days out.

Meal was a great experience and made us want to go again but the standby line was long next dayand people getting turned away so i thought i would try the web link again.
Now trying from one day to the next showed full , in fact the next 6 days showed no availability. BUT when i tried first thing in the morning at breakfast i managed 4 days in a row to get a fast pass around 1130!
Messed up our plans a little but eating in BOG every day was amazing.

Sooo always worth an attempt on the day you plan to visit MK if you have been unsuccesful in advance.

I think PP means there are no reservation times available on November dates where there should be.

FWIW, I can see my actual package dates (11/14-11/20) to book lunch on, but no availability yet. I can't see any dates before or after my package.

Just saw this post this morning, which seems to substantiate what a PP said about no walk-ups being taken for BOG. I feel badly for those people who don't follow this info regularly who are turned away....

So no standby or paper return times, but also gusts currently aren't able to book FP for it into November. So as it stands, there is no way for anyone to eat lunch there?

People going in November have been able to book their FPs for over a month, so if they are changing the sytem to make the BOG FP connected to the rest of them, seems like they should have made it available to book that way a month ago.
