BOG Lunch fastpass what am I doing wrong?

Received an eail with link to book BOG lunch fast pass.

Have both sets of reservations for resorts (split stay) linked in MDE.

When I sign in to BOG link, the only days shown to sellect are the current date + 6 days. it does not give me the option for the days of our resort reservations---Dec 6-13.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? Is there a telephone number for assistance?

Have you used the FP+lunch site on a previous trip? That could be the issue. I am having the same problem. I used it last November and now when I enter this December's reservation number it only pulls the next 7 days instead of my December dates. This is something that others have posted about too. I have tried using a new email address and another member of my party's name but nothing works. Definitely a glitch...and as of right now there isn't anyone to call or any type of support for the site. I guess I'm out of luck because I'm sure there won't be any FP+ available at 7 days out once I'm there!

I wish I had some advice for you. A lot about this site doesn't make sense. As of now there isn't any support for the site or anyone to call. So frustrating! I feel your pain!

Update for you NC State Tigger: my advice is to keep trying every day to see if your dates are there. I've been checking every day and my dates magically updated today from showing 7 days out to actually showing my December trip dates.... and I booked the FP+ that we wanted! I have no idea what triggered it to update today - but it did!
Keep checking - hopefully yours will update just like mine did.
