BOG FP+ - Changing Email Associated

Hi,

Posted this in BOG FAQ but posting here to broader audience and maybe catch someone not following the FAQ thread.

Changed dates of trip from first week of Sept to Sept 15th. BOG FP site only showing first week of Sept for FP. I created a new email address and changed the email associated with my account. BOG FP site is still showing first week of Sept.

Other travelers are my DW and DD3. DW already has a MDE account - actual master account with all our FP+s, Dinner and hotel reservations. DD3 is managed by DW.

Any suggestions on what to do to make this work? Was trying to do this as a favor for my DW.:thumbsup2
 
if making up a new e-mail address did not work for you so far, worst case I would think you will be able to make an BOG FP+ once you get with 5-6 days of when you want to eat there. I used BOG FP+ last October and currently have no resort reservation (I wish), yet I can log and make FP+ for the next week.

Probably not what you want to hear. This "test" is just not set up to handle changing the date of a trip. And the test launched a year ago, you would think it would be up and running, not as test.
