BOG FP and special request?

I didn't see anywhere to put a note or comment when I made our BOG FP - it is highly likely my son will not like the sauce they normally put on the sandwich he ordered. I wanted them to put it on the side. Since I couldn't note it, can I just tell them when we check in, or am I better off not pre-ordering?

If you can get back into the BoG FP+ website to review your order, there should be a way to modify it . I can't get that far into the website myself right now, but, if I recall correctly, when you select a meal, there's a little icon that looks like a pencil in the corner somewhere. It isn't really obvious and you have to look for it. If you click on that, it should give you an option to alter the meal by leaving condiments or toppings off sandwiches, and such. I think you'll still have the opportunity to change your order after you check in - just tell a CM that you need to do this. Or you could just cancel your pre-order and order your food when you arrive. It really only takes a few minutes, and that way you could be sure you can get your son just what he wants.

Thanks so much - I was able to change it. I was looking for a way to do that when choosing the items and didn't think about editing it after the fact (kind of strange the option is not there when you first choose). I found the pencil and could not make a note, but was able to check a box leaving the sauce off. I was originally going to ask for it on the side, but realistically I know he won't use it, so just leaving it off is fine. Thanks again!
