BOG - Does the Beast still appear at the need usually?

It’s been several years since we’ve been to BOG. Is the Beast usually there at the end still or has that ended?

I believe he now walks through the dining room via main aisles periodically - but does not visit every table and he doesn't stop for photos on his stroll. The photo opp at the end isn't operating, at least right now.
