and if yes, which room would you request?

Somewhat. They don't always have all 3 open at dinner, as dinner is not booked to chair capacity, but only to kitchen capacity.

We ate in the west wing once and didn't particularly care for it - dark and on the chilly side. Much prefer the ballroom!

You can request, but it may mean your wait time is longer. We prefer sitting in the ballroom.

You can even request sitting right in front of the window on the ballroom. Did that last two times and that location seemed much more "cozy" than just amongst the masses in the center of the ballroom. Plus upclose to the windows is a nice view of the falling snow. They said it may make our wait a little longer but we didn't notice it taking any longer than normal.

The ballroom is most preferred by us. And we also think the west wing is too dark. Just our opinion.

We enjoyed the ballroom, we actually sat in the back which at first I wasn't thrilled about it, but we actually ended up having a view of the entire room which was really cool. Plus we had our on space since we were along the back instead of being crammed into a row of tables.
