How early can you check in for a lunch BOG ressie? How long does it usually take for QS meal if your time is 2:00pm? We were able to get a FP for SDMT for 2:05 - 3:05. Will we have enough time to do both?

Yes, you will have time for both. It generally only takes a half hour to 45 minutes to eat at BoG...especially if you pre-order.

In general, BoG is a VERY busy restaurant. They don't allow you to check in very early. We've even been told when showing up 10 minutes before our reservation time to come back no sooner than 5 minutes before our actual reservation time. Given that, I'm sure someone will come along and tell us all how they were allowed to check in 30 minutes before their reservation time. Just know that they are exceptions.

I definitely recommend pre-ordering. In my experience, it can take longer to order at the kiosks than it does to actually, then, get your meal and eat it. The lines for the kiosks can be REALLY long! If you can cut ordering at the restaurant out of the equation, you will be out much quicker!

Yes definitely preorder. It'll save you from a long line of other people heming and hawing trying to place their orders ahead of you. It might feel weird choosing your food a month in advance, but you can change it the day you go if you want. I changed all of our orders on the monorail ride over to the MK that morning. After you check in, you'll be directed to the preorder line which is just to finalize your payment. Very quick, then you're off to scout out a table. A few minutes after you sit down, you food will magically arrive.

Preorder & show up a few minutes early, just to be on the safe side. You'll definitely have enough time to do both.
