BOG cancelled....but can't book anything else :(

So as other people stated, I also had to many lunches for BOG. I cancelled them as soon as I noticed. However they are now stuck in my MDE and I can't book anything else with the same time frame.:sad1: I keep getting an error that I have to cancel the other meal. I called and confirmed that they were cancelled. I even call the IT department. no one knows what's going on. Anyone else with this issue?
 
Guess no one else is having this problem. I emailed Disney to see if I can get help.
 
Hi Tiffany, I don't have this issue but I wanted to say I hope you get it resolved and can make your other meal reservations. Let us know when it gets fixed!
 
I had this issue earlier when I booked a table for 6 and needed 8. But it didn't seem to recognize I had cancelled the ADR. I had to log out of MDE and come back in and then I could finally book the ADR I wanted. Have you tried logging out?
 

yes, I had the same problem, they forwarded my problem to Tech support, then to "backend" then to "systems" and about 2 hours later the "canceled" res was removed/unstuck and I could book again....nightmare on a day like today....I was soooooooo upset
 
Thanks guys! I did log out didn't help even cleared all cookies and history. I'll keep calling IT till someone can help me.
 
So the last tech person told me its a known issue, and there is nothing that can be done. They will drop off when the issue is fixed. There is no ETA. Well at least I got the BOG lunch for our 15th anniversary! :-)
