It appears that there is a sizeable number of people that are booking reservations not because they like the menu, but because they simply want to see the inside. It's kind of a zoo inside, with all the flash photography going off, which is a huge turnoff in eating there. I can't imagine Disney ever allowing folks in without a reservation simply because it would hurt business. One, from the standpoint of people who just want to see inside no longer booking, and two...folks who are there to eat and enjoy a meal being inundated with people there meandering around and taking pictures.
