Body glide question

Hi everyon. I was wondering how everyone uses the body glide? If I am going to wear socks, do I just rub it all over the food and let it dry then put my socks one??? Use it like a lotion?

I have to say...I bought this before my last trip and used it everyday. I put it on my feet, arms, legs....and it really didn't seem to make much of a different at all. I still had blisters (and I wore Crocs too). I think it's worth a shot...but don't expect miracles. Take the mole skin too (just in case).
 
I used it like deodorant over the soles of my feet and loaded my pinky toes with it (that's my trouble spot), waited a minute then put my socks on and I was good for the whole 10 days! Moleskin doesn't work for me (makes the problem worse) so Body Glide is my miracle cure! :thumbsup2
 
I used BodyGlide against chafing on inner thights....didn't work at all!
 

Thanks, I have both body glide and mole skin, so should be ok one way or another..

I rubbed it all over my feet, especially around the balls of my feet near my toes and just put my socks right over it (coolmax socks). I never got a blister and my feet felt great the whole trip.
 
I used a combination of things, including Body Glide. As soon as I got up I rubbed Arrid cream antipersperant all over my feet and let it dry for a few minutes before walking around. As I got dressed I applied Body glide to my inner thighs and just before putting on my shoes I applied Avon's antiblister balm all over my feet, but especially at the base of my toes and on the ball of my foot (yes over the soaked in Arrid antipersperant). This routine works wonderfully for me. No chafing and no blisters.
