I posted this on my journal, but I will also post it here - I tried the new Trail Mix Balance Bars (the chocolate flavor) and it was REALLY good! All the nutrients of the regular Balance Bars but with the bonus of 3g of fiber. I try to eat only 1 bar per day and have been successful so far, but those are so good I wanted another one! Check them out!

). But I really like the small meals 5-6x a day idea. I know I am in way better shape and am stronger than I have ever been. Once I get back from my cruise, I am going to start a new 12 week cycle (but most likely follow the BFL for Women guidelines). I am already at a healthy weight (although I would love to lose about 10lbs) so the scale hasn't moved too much, but I really can tell the difference in my strength and endurance.


Graceful and coordinated are two things I've never claimed to be.

I have not tried the Turbo Jam DVDs. I will have to check those out. I wonder if Blockbuster Online rents them (that's where I get a lot of my workout DVDs to test them out).
