Boca Chica or Conch lagoon view?

We are staying at GF this Oct. - 3 LV rooms - celebrating mom and dad's 75th birthdays! Would you recommend Boca Chica or Conch for best view? I know most will say you can't go wrong with either, and I believe that, but if you have an opinion on one over the other I'd love to hear it! My folks will most likely spend a good amount of time on the balcony toasting 75 great years!

My prefernece would be Conch Key because of it's Alice in Wonderland decorated rooms. Besides that, I don't think you have to worry about which building. It's true, you can't go wrong with either.

I've only stayed at the Conch Key and we've had a direct view of Cinderella's Castle. I'd vote for the Conch Key, however the lagoon side of the Boca Chica provides excellent views of the MK, Contemporary, Polynesian, TTC, monorails, boating, and more!

I'm a fan of the Boca Chica lagoon view.

We stayed in Boca Chica and really liked the view, we had a nice view of the castle, the Contemp, the Poly and WL. It was nice to sit on the balconey and watch the lagoon and all the water mice.
We were close to the quiet pool and not too far from the main building.

Boca Chica gets my vote as there are more nice views. The views at Conch Key are nice but there are not many of them due to the way the building is turned. Also it is next to the boat landing and we got tired of listening to them blow their horn coming and going.

We were in Boca Chica with a lagoon view and it was awesome. It was wonderful to be able to see the MK and Cinderella's Castle PLUS the entire lagoon including the Polynesian, Contemporary, and even the top of the Wilderness Lodge buildings peeking out from the tree tops
