Boatwright's breakfast alternative?

Oh no! We absolutely LOVED the breakfast at Boatwright's at POR! We've gone the last two years just for those great sweet potato pancakes. Where else do they have a similar breakfast or something just as delicious? We'd like to find a new "favorite" pancake (or breakfast) place for our annual trip. We're staying at Coronado Springs this year, but we're up for anywhere good. Thanks!
