Does anyone know if the boats are operating between Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness?

Also what time do the boats run from Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness to MK on days that the park opens at 9? Trying to figure out what time to be at the boat launch.

Yes, we got to the marina at 7:30 and were the first ones there. By 8:15 we were inside the MK. Peter Pan opened at 8:25. By 10:15 we’d ridden:

Teacups (X2)

Barnstormer

We’re here with our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter and not riding any big coasters or scary stuff.

The boats were not running between the resorts in October, just the main boat to MK from the Fort. Not sure if that has changed yet. Between the Fort and Wilderness lodge you had to take a bus.

The bus to Wilderness Lodge is an extension of the Yellow Line. Typically they have 2 busses running each line. From the Settlement Depot, you’re looking for the Yellow line bus that’s coming from the Fort side. If it’s coming back from the Lodge, it’s going to make the loop inside first before it heads back. Typically the bus sign will change to say it’s going to Wilderness Lodge but it’s always best to ask the Yellow line bus driver at the Settlement. The bus usually runs till at least 11P (or when the bars/restaurants at the Lodge close.)

They also have bus service to MK from the Settlement bus stop as well. Most of the times we've been, this has been the faster way to get to MK.
