Boats to Epcot

We plan to see Fantasmic and then hop over to Epcot to eat. Can you ride the boat from HS to EP without changing boats?

Yes. You'll just make stops at the resorts and boardwalk along the way.

If you're up for it, it's usually quicker to walk (as long as everyone in your party can walk at a good pace). It's about a 20 min walk between HS and Epcot. The boats can take awhile depending on how long you have to wait to catch the next boat.

Yes. If you're in a hurry, though, walking is faster.

Just so I got this straight. The boat starts at HS goes to Swan/Dolphin Boardwalk Yacht/Beach then onto Epcot and then reverses?

The boats are great but with the stops along the way, it may take a little while. A few years ago during our trip, we were at HS and decided to take the walk to the Boardwalk just for fun and it wasn't that bad. To be honest, it was a nice leisurely stroll and something that we'd never done before so we enjoyed it. It slowed things down for a little while and allowed for some cool pictures along the way. If you're in a rush, it's too hot, or just don't feel like walking, take the boat.

If I'm solo sometimes I find the portion of the walk between HS and Swan/Dolphin a little dark so I'll ride the boat to either Swan/Dolphin or YC/BC then walk to Epcot from there. I usually look at the line for the boat when I leave HS and make the decision from there,if there is a long line or I saw a boat just leave, I'll walk.
