I was able to see a menu earlier today via MDE even though the website still gives me errors.

Yeah I think they are going for more of a signature level seafood. I noticed Morimoto says "$$$$" so that should be fun too!

Perhaps there is a different group who will actually *run* the restaurant, apart from being developed by Schussler. If his group is independent of Landry, and he actually does development for multiple operators, this could explain the apparent confusion.

It's not unheard of for a restaurant group to bring in outside management of a concept restaurant...

I think all three of the new Disney Springs restaurants (Boathouse/Morimoto/STK Steakhouse) are aiming toward a more sophisticated, upscale clientele and that's fine by me!
