Boathouse on dining plan

Is it still the case that you have to buy sides with your steak at the boathouse? I feel like i read now they at least give you a few potatoes but I might be making this up haha. We are on the dining pland i'm seriously um and ahing over using two credits there if so. Also - my niece is an adult on the dining plan but might not want steak or anything pricey. if she dosen't, will we be able to pay OOP for her and use the plan for the rest of us?

There is no change that I know of. What is listed on the menu description is what is included. As with all upscale Steakhouses, most sides are additional.
You can pay OOP for your niece if you like

You get everything that is included in the description of the entree. At The Boathouse some of the steaks have sides in the description while others are just the steak with the number of ounces. As Hopefully said, many upscale steak restaurants charge separately for the sides, but usually they are larger portions meant for sharing.

Has anyone been to Boathouse and had their sides? I am leaning towards the mac and cheese and wondering if other have tried it?
