Boathouse meal timing.... seeing amphicar

My son wants to see these amphicars but doesn't want to actually ride in one .
We are planning to eat at the Boathouse at 11am in March and I wondered how popular these "boats/cars" are if they are usually out in the water being rented.
I know there's no way to know for sure of course just looking for opinions on how often they are seen out.
Late morning may not be a popular time though.

We have seen the aquacars in the water as early noontime, but that was pre-pandemic.

I will offer that you need not eat at the Boathouse to get a close look at them parked or to watch them. You can see them underway from several DS locations.

Thanks, I did know that, but we were wanting to eat there and discussing it brought up the topic of the boats.
