BOATHOUSE, Baked Alaska and dining plan

Can we do it???

We are a family of 5 and I have a dinner reservation for Boathouse. I am teetering on keeping it since the menu really only appeals to hubby and I...Kids are not so sure.

But that S'mores Baked Alaska mmmmm


I know our last trip hubby and my daughter shared dessert credits for the big cake at the Dinosaur café. Is that an option at Boathouse too for the big four person cakes? If I can convince 4 out of 5 of us to split that, than I think we can keep the reservation.

I am in the same position and wondering the same thing. Also, I was wondering how the side dishes, potatoes and veggies, worked with the dining plan.

I haven't read anything yet about the baked Alaska but,
I did read that if the sides are not included with the entree then you would have to pay out of pocket for them.

We ate there on the DxDP and the sides were cash out of pocket.

The Baked Alaska was included but used credits for a pty of 4.

I am in the same position and wondering the same thing. Also, I was wondering how the side dishes, potatoes and veggies, worked with the dining plan.

At any restaurant when using the dining plan, for your entree you receive everything that is included in the description of the entree. If a menu has a separate section (usually following the Entree section) titled "Sides" or "Accompaniments" or "Enhancements" which includes side dishes with a price point those are not included in the dining plan and would have to be paid out of pocket if ordered.
